A new article of Mr. Sroczyński was published in “The Internet Antimonopoly and Regulatory Quarterly” (iKAR 6(6)/2017), entitled “Alternative dispute resolution in the energy sector: hopes and concerns”. The article presents various procedures applied in consumer disputes in the energy sector by the entity authorised to settle such disputes, i.e., the Coordinator for negotiations.
