Conference on unfair market practices in Cracow

On January 15, 2010 the Institute of Intellectual Property Law, Jagiellonian University, organized a conference entitled “Regulations referring to unfair market practices – a need to change?”. It was part of the “Consumer against unfair market practices” program, which is financed by EEA Grants and Norway Grants. During the conference Jarosław Sroczyński gave the presentation on “The Polish law on eliminating unfair market practices: a implementation?”. Among other things, the lecture addressed the analysis of the Polish definition of the consumer in the light of the EU directive concerning unfair commercial practices.
