J. Sroczynski published an article on the protection of collective consumer interests

01_sroczynski_naruszenieOn April 21, 2012 an opening number of a new on-line periodical called “The Internet Antimonopoly and Regulatory Quarterly” (iKAR 1(1)/2012) has been published by the Centre for Antitrust and Regulatory Studies (CARS) of the University of Warsaw. The first iKAR appears exactly on the fifth anniversary of the entry date of the Law of February 16, 2007 on the Protection of Competition and Consumers. It is devoted entirely to an analysis of various aspects of functioning of that Law, in the context of its major changes announced recently by the OCCP’s President. Jaroslaw Sroczynski contributed to the first iKAR an article entitled “Violation of collective consumer interests: commitment decisions (practical remarks and de lege ferenda proposals)”.
