Jaroslaw Sroczyński has commented for „Rzeczpospolita” the proceedings of the European Commission on the recent introduction in Poland of a new bank tax. The European Commission intends to verify the effect of the new tax on competition in the financial sector and whether it is not a hidden form of state aid.
